A lot of young people got their senior positions from tenure rather than actual experience.

Next to no transparency regarding salaries. A "total rewards" document is simply not enough if you have no idea where you sit in your band.

Can only alleviate most benefits if you live in Sydney. I feel bad for a lot of the remote employees when eating my free lunch every day and going to free fitness classes every day.

Crunch time approaches when the end of the season is near.

Career development can largely be driven by what team you're on. Some teams only pump out features.
