Great company, great people, and challenging work
- The people are really great.
- Interesting and challenging problems.
- Remote worker accommodation is excellent (I am remote).
- Work-life balance is good; we work hard, but health and family come first.
Some growing pains, but I expected this for the stage the company is at.
Keep a focus on our values. I believe they are why Canva is so enjoyable to work at.
