It can be a great place for a software engineer who likes innovating. I really admire the Head of Engineering's mindset (Brendan Humphrey) and how they are driving AI adoption.
Also, there are lots of benefits, events, and food in the office.
Toxic leadership. Not all of them, of course. Some are indeed great.
However, I've heard just too many stories in a short time, and it seems quite alarming, quite above the market average.
My advice is: if you feel something is wrong and your leader is not telling you, watch out!
