Treats you like a human
At every point in my short tenure there, I was treated like a human with a life that sometimes gets messy and requires an alternative working schedule, last-minute days off, or medical treatment.
Even in the end, with needing to escape a toxic home life, they helped me get home safely and not have to worry about my job, treating me like my own safety was more important.
The culture is unmatched from my past experience. Everyone is friendly, with lots of opportunities to make friends and form good working relationships. It pays great for the region.
A 6-month probationary period was not disclosed to me until after I had joined the company. It was probably just an oversight, but it was a source of stress.
