  • Technical decision-making is abrupt and chases low-hanging fruit, reflecting lethargy being instilled by a casual startup culture. There is massive technical debt that they are avoiding. It seems the right culture fit aspect is working against the company.

Advice to Management

Weed out the incompetent elements and have a solid core academic team.

Premature scaling has killed many good companies. You will become another case study if you don’t find your market first.
