Fantastic executive, socially and fiscally responsible, but fast growth is painful!
- Truly amazing CEO and exec.
- A lot of really smart and caring people.
- Care about the right technology.
- Extremely good balance between using new technology.
- No fear of using systems and tools that are not mainstream if they offer the right benefits.
- Extreme number of new hires to hit growth targets.
- Some painful "old guard" vs "new hire" friction.
- Some parts of the hierarchy are very hard to navigate; it can make a big difference depending on which team you're in.
- Still trying to figure out how to restructure with the big scale-up.
I have a lot of faith they'll succeed, but working through the current [growth] chaos seems to be exhausting some people.
