Pros

People, friends, niceness, free food in the office, clubs (but only about 4 times a month).

Cons

It's not the same employee-centered company as before.

They don't care about your salary. You have overtime crunch for six months at a time. The high-up leadership says you need to get XYZ done, and you can't say no.

All of our teams and surrounding teams are sacrificing our normal lives, relationships, and sleep. No feedback gets heard.

You're lucky if you get into one of the few carefree teams.

Advice to Management

Stop overworking us. We crunched from last October to July. Then we're crunching again from August and ongoing. It's not sustainable. Listen to your Group Leads. Some have already quit. You can't replace valuable team members once they're gone.
