The interview was good and conducted on time. The interviewer answered my queries politely. The questions were asked on core aeronautical topics. The interview lasted around thirty to forty minutes. That was a nice session.

Pros: To be honest, I didn't find any pros, but just to say:
A hybrid work model: 12 days a month WFO.
Cons: Very lengthy training process. Started training in March 2025 on a college campus for MOU-selected candidates.
Still continuing in September 2025.
M1 - HackerRank coding test.
M2 - Sprint (Java full stack, Spring Boot, etc.).
L2 - Final MCQ test overall.
Even after that, you got separate BU training.
Low salary.
Less growth, just brand value.
Less project availability, so more bench time.
