First of all, the interviewer seemed to be not at all interested in my interview from the beginning. He asked me questions as if he were reading newspaper headlines, and honestly, I answered every single one of them. He said HR would get to me. So, after two days, I called the recruiter. She said the panel had not given any feedback yet and was on leave for a week. For twenty days, I didn't get any feedback; I called them every single day. In the end, the recruiter called me and said I was rejected. I mean, on what basis? That was totally unfair to me. It's total luck to get a good interviewer. I am really upset with Capgemini's interview panel.
