Pros: I learned not to trust anyone because of this company!

Cons: I was terminated from my position, despite being the only person who continued working during the Russian artillery strikes on February 24, 2022, at the onset of the war. I took this risk because I was determined to keep my job, even in one of the most terrifying moments of my life. The reason for my termination: It appeared that Capgemini's decisions were influenced more by business priorities than the well-being of its employees. Furthermore, the landscape for Ukrainian developers became increasingly challenging due to concerning insurance statistics. However, it's crucial to emphasize that my contract was terminated prematurely, putting me in a vulnerable situation during the ongoing conflict. This situation is exacerbated by the fact that I had to leave Ukraine due to the current political climate, making it impossible for me to seek legal recourse.
