Capgemini was our day one company for college placements. First, we had an aptitude round, followed by some basic coding and pseudocode questions. Those who cleared were then called for a session where they provided information about the company and the job profile. Next, we had a technical round where they asked coding questions and core engineering questions. For those who cleared that, there was an HR round, which was pretty much a formality. Almost everyone who cleared the technical round received a job offer. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
