My interview experience with Capgemini was horrible. I have never encountered such chaotic people. I was informed that the interview process, offer letter, and everything would be completed in one day, with a reporting time of 9 AM. I arrived at the office at 9 AM. Verification of interview call letters for candidates occurred by 10 AM. I sat in an open hall and waited. No one called us for the process until 1:30 PM. After that, a bloody online test was conducted, and unfortunately, I cleared it. I waited again for the second round until 6:30 PM. An HR representative then called my name and informed me that I would have a telephonic round the following Monday. I thought it would be acceptable to have it on Monday instead of waiting further. However, there has been no call or email from bloody Capgemini to date.
