They are very kind and considerate in the interviews. To schedule a phone interview, they first contacted me by message to agree on a convenient time.
The interview went very well. They asked me about my experience and skills, and they told me about the company's benefits, its general structure, as well as bonuses.
The only major problem is that they did not communicate the result of the interview to me. They do not give a timeframe in which they will tell you if you continue to the next stage or not. I believe this contact is important so that those interested do not remain expectant for weeks or months.
