The technical evaluation occurred in the first week of July. It was very good.

However, the HR discussion took an additional 45 days. This process should have proceeded earlier.

Pros: Supporting team members WFH policy

Cons: Unnecessary follow-up from management for each silly operational and non-operational thing. Management will not take employee feedback in a positive way. No proper L1/L2/L3 segregation. Bangalore office premises are pathetic, except the Divyasree Tech Park office. An employee has to travel to one office location for collecting a laptop and another location for collecting an ID card. This is the same for submission as well.

Cons: 1. Project allocation should be more skill-based. Most of the time, employees are stuck in projects that won't add any value to their career journey. 2. Management is now trying to reduce hybrid benefits, which is not much appreciated by employees. 3. Most employees are not getting enough hikes in the yearly review.
