Computer Programmer Interview Experience - United States
Process
I was invited to visit on-site in Orlando, FL, with a number of hiring managers.
I was first given a case study to review and come up with my own solution. Then, I was taken through a three-step interview process with three different interviewers.
Each interview was approximately 30 minutes and focused on a different topic:
- The first focused on questions about me as a person and how well I would fit with the company culture.
- The second focused on my technical skills and experience.
- The third was a discussion of my solution to the case study.
