I received a call from Naukri. There was only one round, which lasted 40 to 50 minutes.
HR joined the call initially and left when the panel joined. I'm not sure, but the panel seemed to have around 10+ years of experience.
Overall, the interview process went well, but I don't know, the panel wasn't able to digest when I said I had attended other company interviews as well. They started asking all the HR-related questions, my CTC, expected CTC, and all.
I'm not sure why the technical panel needed those details.
In the end, I received an offer, but with a CTC less than my current CTC. They stated that, as per company policy, this was what they could offer for my experience.
Who on earth accepts this kind of offer?
