Three rounds of interviews, all non-HR. Each round lasted over 30 minutes.
I went for a full-day, face-to-face process. At the end, I was told that I was selected and they would call me on Monday.
Questions
The interview process was simple, but speaking with the manager was like hitting our heads against a wall. They did not understand technical aspects and acted as if they knew everything.
It was very difficult to make them understand your skills.
