Two levels of rounds were completed.

L1 round took 90 minutes. L2 took 30 minutes. This was the video conferencing round.

It was a ridiculous process from CG. The whole day was wasted for this process. I was thinking that I was through. However, they elected candidates who were suitable for their project cost estimation. This shows a bad attitude from the technical interviewer.

I would suggest not to go through the walk-in process at CG because they give preferences to certain candidates. Moreover, your day could be saved.

Kindly avoid this company as well. They have variables in salary. Also, if you could join the company, please don't come on the bench. Because if you are on the bench, CG will kick you in the stomach by terminating your employment with CG. So please be aware.

Their intention is to determine the current salary and expectations.
