Pros: I've been at Cap for several years. It's a large company, with many employees, projects, and clients, and a strong organizational culture. They offer good incentives and care about the well-being of their workers. In general terms, it's a good place to work.
Cons: It may be that, due to the magnitude of the changes and the mobility in the career, it is not so fast.
