Process

The interview process at Capgemini has a total of 5 rounds.

In the first round, HR conducts a screening interview, providing a brief description of the company and the open role.

Cons: * Don't expect any hike. * Managers are mainly from practice and do not have any kind of technical experience while managing technical projects like automation or development. * RMGs and Managers are least bothered about employee career growth. * Only client billing matters.
