Devops Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India

April 1, 2016

Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Worst interview process I have ever seen. The interviewer was a fresher and not confident. They asked questions based on information, not on algorithms. They asked only objective questions and questions with many answers. It felt like, from the beginning, the interviewer had decided to reject the candidate.

Questions

Not a single question was appropriate. Questions with many answers.

Capgemini FS SBU Review

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pune, Maharashtra, India

Pros: Of course, Capgemini is an amazing place to work. I willingly worked with multiple Business Units: ID Mkt Services COEs, ID Cloud Data Platform, ID Data Validation, and FS I&D (North America teams), including Invent. Managers, senior managers, VPs, and Directors supported and offered me multiple opportunities based on my skills and interests, which made my two years of journey remarkable. I can cherish this throughout my career journey.

Cons: Overall, CG is a good place to work. However, as I was in FSSBU, which was the worst part, there was poor management, no support or growth, no learning opportunities, no benefits, and less recognition compared to other Business Units. Additionally, they don't allow changes to Business Units, especially if you have less years of experience.
