My interview experience was quite frustrating due to poor communication and organization from the HR team.
Over the course of several days, I was repeatedly informed that an interview invite would be shared by the end of the day, but this did not happen on three separate occasions.
After following up multiple times, I finally received an interview invite without any prior consultation about my availability.
I attended the interview as per the invite, but no one from the company joined the call, resulting in a wasted 30 minutes of my time.
