I was interviewed by Capgemini 4-5 months back. The entire recruitment process was smooth and hassle-free. I appeared for 5 rounds:

1. Intro/HR round where I was briefed about the JD.
2. Telephonic interview by the Technical Team.
3. Skype interview by the client.
4. Followed by a face-to-face interview at the client location.
5. HR discussion.

I received an offer during the lockdown period, when the entire world was suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. I was also suffering as my current organization had delayed my relieving, but Capgemini assured me and was ready to wait for me.
