Process
The event was poorly managed at best. It was supposed to start at 10 AM but began after 12:30 PM. There were only two interviewers for approximately 200 candidates, indicating a lack of management and system.
I was informed I was selected, but I have yet to receive an offer letter or further communication even after five months.
When requesting even a decent salary increase, they will likely protest.
