Capgemini has the worst interview process I have ever seen in my life. I went for an ETL testing interview with 3+ years of experience. After three hours, they conducted my first round, which was easy and I cleared it. I then waited for the second round. After another three hours, they called me personally and told me that my profile was put on hold. When I asked the HR for the reason, his answer was, "I also don't know." These people are just wasting candidates' time.
