I received a call from the recruiter for a Full Stack Developer (Node+React JS) position.

Later, I had a conflict with the scheduled slot and informed the recruiter in advance; however, she did not reschedule.

She contacted me again after two weeks for a 30-minute L1 interview, which I cleared. I was informed upon enquiring that I had passed.

However, they did not get back to me for the L2 interview for another two weeks.

The L2 interview was scheduled for 30 minutes with three panelists. They interjected at every answer, citing time constraints, and kept switching questions. If they wanted a fruitful discussion, I believe the interview could have been scheduled differently.
