Two different positions.
In both cases, I was approached by Capgemini via social networks (like LinkedIn, Hellowork, Malt...). I had an interview with an HR representative: in one case, a rather junior recruiter; in the other, a rather senior recruiter.
In both cases, no feedback following the interview, not even an automatic copy-paste email of the type "Sorry, we found someone better". I assume being rude is in the company charter.
The cherry on top: the interview with the senior HR representative who asked the question "Do you have children?". Borderline illegal...
Thank you, Capgemini, but there won't be a third time.
Question: Do you have children?
