Process
Capgemini conducted campus recruitment in September 2018. The process comprised four rounds:
- Two rounds of tests (aptitude and pseudo-code)
- Two rounds of interviews (technical and HR)
Since they were mass recruiters, their questions were not particularly technical, at least not for me as a mechanical engineering student. The technical round primarily focused on my resume, including questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "What are your hobbies?"
The HR interview felt mostly like a formality, as they asked the same questions posed during the technical interview.
