Online tests, digital interview, and assessment center/interview.
After I completed my digital interview, I was told they would not progress my application further. However, five months later, I was informed that my application had been re-reviewed. I was given only one day's notice to prepare for an interview (not an assessment center, as I believe they were desperate to onboard candidates quickly for an upcoming start date) that was set for the next day, if I was interested. At the time, I thought this would be a great opportunity because Capgemini truly seemed like an ideal place to work.
Unfortunately, I felt the application process was very poorly executed. The process took almost a whole year, and after the final interview, I was told I would hear back within two weeks. I did not hear anything. After multiple phone calls and emails sent to the Capgemini recruiter, there was still no response until a month later, when I finally received my outcome via email. I was told I would receive feedback as well, but again, after multiple attempts to follow up, there was still no response.
I feel that if the recruitment process is unstable and unprofessional like this, I would advise everyone to stay away and look elsewhere, where companies actually do care.
Additionally, I was told I would be reimbursed for my expenses, but this has still not been paid.
