My experience is that they were extremely fast with a reply after receiving my CV. I was invited to a digital interview within a couple of hours of my application and was told to complete it within 3 days.

The virtual assessment centre mainly consisted of motivational questions, including what I understood about the company and why I was suited for the role. After completing the digital interview, about a week later, I was told I was accepted into the next round and given a date for a virtual assessment centre.

The virtual assessment centre consisted of presentations throughout the day with information about what my role would be and the opportunity to meet, converse with, and question graduates from the graduate and apprenticeship programs. There was also a group activity with other candidates, which included a group presentation, followed by a one-to-one interview mainly consisting of strengths-based questions. Throughout the day, all the people I met were friendly and seemed very transparent.
