Pros: If you get on a good client, then your career here will be good. Apart from that, the company itself has a good community.

Cons: The pay, and the pay progression. They do give good career progression in terms of promotion, but the pay doesn't match.

Pros: Get to meet a ton of new people.

Cons: May not get a client, so will be stuck on the bench.

Pros: Capgemini is very supportive in helping you as an individual grow and develop your skills. It is a diverse, fun, and friendly community whose core values are seen on a daily basis. As a graduate, there are so many opportunities to get involved and give back. I came into the company from a non-technical background, and I have not felt disadvantaged in any way. My team has been super supportive and really helpful with any problems I have faced. I am learning things at my own pace, and there is no pressure for me to know everything at once.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
