Process

The initial process took a week. A telephonic discussion was then arranged, which was focused on the JD and my profile.

After being shortlisted, I was called for an online assessment that covered Core Java, J2EE, Web services, Hibernate, and Databases.

There were a total of 50 questions with a 90-minute time limit, and it was easy to clear.

Later, as I cleared the assessment, I was called for an in-person discussion on a weekday. As I was not available, a technical telephonic discussion was arranged. This discussion heavily focused on projects and my responsibilities, along with medium technical questions based on my CV. It lasted for an hour and a half.

Then, I was told to wait for feedback, which took 2 days. After continuous calls to the recruiter, I received positive feedback and had another telephonic HR discussion, which concluded the process.

It was a quite satisfactory process.
