After my application, I was quickly called by a recruiter.

A short conversation followed in which I could explain my motivation.

After that, my CV was discussed with the department.

After approval, I had to complete an assessment within 3 days.

I passed that, and for the following week, a meeting with the recruiter was scheduled.

I also had to complete a motivation test and a personality test.

After the meeting, I immediately went for a second interview with a Java developer who had already completed the traineeship.

After both interviews were positively concluded, I was offered a contract.
