Pros: Good work-life balance in the company. Friendly environment. Good flexibility. Many projects, so no worries if a person comes on the bench; they will get a project quickly.
Cons: No choice to select a project. Financial growth is required. If possible, remove the variable from CTC and include it as a bonus, then the lookout will change.

Pros: Be alert. If you have another job, please go with that job. Don't think, no one in Capgemini will care about you.
Cons: The selection process is good. There are so many members on the bench; why are they recruiting people again?
