Process
Two phone interviews and one Skype interview.
The company was very "johnny on the spot" until the negotiation process kicked in.
They offered $35,000 starting. I asked for $40,000 and was told they would see if they could get it approved and would get back to me ASAP. After two calls and a voicemail, they finally got back to me.
They stated that I had declined the offer. I never did; I just thought we were negotiating.
She stated, "So, $40,000 and $1,500 relocation gets you here?"
I said, "Absolutely."
She said, "I'll get back to you within a couple hours."
Very shady company. Beware!
