Process
Linear: Company presentation, project presentation, tests, then interview (or interview then test).
The tests: English tests (TOEIC level) and technical tests require you to be comfortable with the fundamentals of the Java world.
The interviews: An interview with an HR manager and a technician/project manager. These were real exchanges. I was fortunate to have a first interview with an understanding person who made me feel better during the second.
Even though I didn't get a follow-up, it will remain a very positive experience.
