Pros: During my ongoing travel with Capgemini, I was able to build a good rapport with the organization. The working environment is pretty good and amicable, with modern tech-savvy infrastructures. Working hours are flexible enough to keep a balance between corporate and social life as well. The system is very much explorative and can even be exploited for better productivity. One can deliver at his/her best with proper technological connectivity.

Cons: There are pits and valleys in every company. Somewhere these valleys are significantly high and somewhere negligible. In Capgemini, one thing I observed on account of leaves: sick and casual leaves are not available. The rest, a few titbits, may not bat an eye.
