HRs will follow you until the L2 round. After clearing this round, you won't get any calls, and they don't even reply.
This is a pathetic condition. The ultimate bad thing is they again call us for a fresh interview within three days.
I'm tired of giving interviews with Capgemini. Even after selecting, there's no offer letter.
