I have applied for a Python Developer position at Capgemini's Pune location twice.

I had a very poor experience with their recruitment process.

First Time: I had a technical round over the telephone. After that, I received a call from their HR department, who requested mandatory documents. I submitted the documents, and then they arranged a client interview. This process, spanning from May 30th to July 1st, was extremely long, and in the end, they simply stated that my profile was on hold.

A few months later, I was contacted again by Capgemini for a Python Developer position, this time for their Bangalore location. They arranged a video call interview, which took place via WhatsApp.

My interview went very well, and I was anticipating their feedback. Finally, I sent an email requesting feedback, as I was confident about my performance. They replied that due to business constraints, they were unable to release an offer letter. Such a waste of time. Please do not waste candidates' time if they are outside your budget.
