QA Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I was asked to come by 10:00 AM. I reached the place by 9:45 AM, but no one attended to us until 11:30 AM. At 11:30 AM, all people were taken into a room, and they informed us that due to a shortage of panel members, we would be facing a programming round.

The person conducting the round had little knowledge of programming and was trying to prove that whatever you developed was wrong unless and until you agreed with his way.

After the written round, there was a face-to-face interview. The management was pathetic. Two panels were in the same room, interviewing two different candidates at the same time.

The lady was very rude and only concentrated on the things I had already mentioned that I had never worked on.

Worst experience.
