I applied on Naukri.com and received a call from Capgemini HR. They conducted the first round of interviews, asking questions about Java, Selenium, and Java programming. The overall technical round went well.

After that, I received an email with details for further rounds, but it lacked an interview link. I contacted HR, and she informed me to ignore the email, as hiring had been frozen. She mentioned the reason was to achieve interview targets or hire lower-budget candidates.

Suggestion to HR: Please do not mislead candidates who are urgently seeking opportunities, solely to meet interview targets or hire less expensive candidates.
