Selenium Automation Tester Interview Experience - Pune, Maharashtra

Process

The interview was scheduled for 11 am but started at 1 pm. Management was really bad. The interview process was not good.

People were waiting for the first round of interviews, but they were not being entertained. The interview panel took a lunch break, leaving interviewees behind.

It seemed like they were conducting interviews only for formality. It was stated that these were scheduled interviews, but it was actually a walk-in drive.

I would not recommend this company. Go for a small-scale or mid-size company, but not Capgemini at any cost.

At the end of two rounds, they will tell you, "We'll call you," and you will be waiting for their call for the rest of your life.
