Pros: It's a good place overall, with good services provided for transport. They also have a cafeteria that provides good food occasionally. Apart from that, if you have good colleagues, it's a happy place to be.

Cons: Increment is not that great. Even if the company performs well in the quarter, you will still not be rewarded well enough.
