They have three technical rounds of interviews. Even though you clear all the technical rounds, they will not give a proper reply for at least three to six months. I personally faced this situation.

I interviewed for Capgemini and other companies. I received two offers after joining a service-based company and completing two months. Then, these Capgemini HR people called me for a salary discussion and to provide an offer letter. Thank God I didn't join Capgemini.
