Process
After successfully cracking the technical round, I attempted the HR round.
HR asked me about salary benefits. I told her, "As per market value and a 50% hike on my current package." After that, HR told me, "We will get back to you."
However, I waited for 10 days for feedback, but I didn't get any call from HR. I continuously followed up, but HR did not respond to emails, calls, or messages.
Worst experience with a company like Capgemini. I got another call from Capgemini. She scheduled my interview again with the same profile within a 15-day period.
I asked about the feedback from the last interview. She told me they don't have that much budget.
My ask is simple: If you don't have the budget, then why are you interviewing people and wasting their time!!!!!!
