Process
The interview process was really smooth, from scheduling to conducting the interviews. However, after selection and salary discussions were completed, the process became really sluggish. It's been one month, and nothing has been done. Clarifications only mention the salary approval stage.
HR doesn't seem to have any idea about the process or what is going on. They simply said, "Further process is done by another department. We don't know anything."
