I interviewed at Vikroli, Mumbai. The process took one day.

Almost 800 people applied.

The first round was a written test based on Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate. I cleared that.

After that, there was a technical and HR round. They told me they would get back to me, but there was no response.

Later, with the help of a senior, I contacted them. They started my onboarding process and asked for all the documents. I kept following up.

They told me they would generate the offer letter within 20 days and also agreed to a 3-month notice period.

Meanwhile, due to some reasons, I had to resign from my current company. Capgemini then told me to join within 30 days. I managed my manager to relieve me within 30 days.

After that, they started telling me to join in 15 days. I agreed to that as well.

On the fixed date for releasing the offer letter, they started saying that they didn't have vacancies and weren't even considering immediately joining candidates. This was unexpected from Capgemini.

I resigned, and they rejected my application.

Basic core Java, Spring, and JSP-related questions were mostly asked.
