Recently, I interviewed at Capgemini for a Senior Java Developer position. The process involved two technical rounds and an HR discussion.
The technical evaluations were positive, and I received good feedback. Two days later, the HR round took place. Everything was discussed, and the HR representative agreed on salary terms.
After four days, I received an email from the HR team stating that my profile did not match their job specifications.
I was literally shocked. Such a [expletive] recruiter team. Don't waste your time with Capgemini, guys.
