There are two separate experiences:

1. January-February 2019: HR from the Mumbai Vikhroli office invited me for an interview at 10 AM. All candidates were made to wait until 1:15 PM. My turn finally arrived, and the interview consisted of three simple, generic DBA questions, which ended the session. I was surprised by the questions asked to a DBA with over nine years of experience. Twenty minutes later, some names, including mine, were announced, stating we had not cleared. When I asked the interviewer for the reason, he responded that I lacked Oracle Cloud knowledge. The fact is, he didn't ask a single question about it; he decided based solely on my resume. I was extremely angry, questioning why my resume was shortlisted if Oracle Cloud knowledge was missing. They did not offer an explanation and asked me to leave.

2. October 2013: I was already employed with Capgemini for over 3.6 years. It was my last day, and I noticed my exit interview had not occurred, despite it being part of the exit process. I inquired with HR, and she asked for my feedback. I had feedback regarding the partial and favoritism shown by our manager. As I began to speak, she stated, "You are leaving, and we do not want to hear about managers." I was speechless. The HR was not concerned about hearing from a departing employee about the manager who was the reason for their departure.

My recommendation to employees seeking work: If you are unable to get hired elsewhere, only then should you apply to Capgemini. The company, as it was 12-15 years ago, has worsened over time.
