Process
My resume was forwarded by a recruiter, and then I had my first round of phone interview with the manager. I told them that I didn't have any experience in the finance domain. Still, they said that was fine, and then a second interview was scheduled with the client.
It was just a 15-minute interview. They asked about my experience as a Test Analyst in previous projects.
After that, I got an email from the recruiter stating that I was not selected. The reason given was my lack of finance domain exposure, which is really strange as I told them at the start that I didn't have that experience. It was really unprofessional of them.
I am very disappointed.
